2. Privacy Policy

Data collection and use, including data collection and use of personal information, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and is a part of this Agreement.

3. Age Restrictions and Bookings

3.1 Age Restrictions

Our escape rooms are suitable for all ages. Children under 12 years of age can play only as part of a group of adults since our rooms are not designed to be child-safe and contain items that could be hazardous to small children.

If all players in a team are under the age of 16, please be aware that you must arrange for a supervising adult to join the team in the game.

For multiple team bookings, you must add one adult per each team of underaged players.

For health and safety concerns, we cannot accept teams larger than 7 players in one escape room. This includes accompanying adults. Some of our rooms are only suitable for 6 players, maximum.

3.2 Bookings

Bookings can only be made via the online booking system on our website or in person at our business premises. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on our online booking system.

Games will not be delayed for any reason. If you will not be there in time, this will be treated as a no-show and we will have to refuse entry to your game. No refund or rescheduling is available for no-shows.

4. Gameplay & Conduct

  • No video recordings or photos are allowed inside the rooms.

  • We reserve the right to charge our customers for any intentional damage to our property.

  • People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be turned away with no refund.

  • We do not tolerate bullying or harassment towards our employees.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the escape rooms.

5. Pricing & Payment

As of March 2025, WeEscape is now WeEscape LTD. With this, pricing has changed and now includes 9% VAT under Irish regulations. The updated prices are:

  • €60 for 2 people

  • €80 for 3 people

  • €90 for 4 people

  • €100 for 5 people

  • €110 for 6 people

  • €120 for 7 people

These prices include VAT. WeEscape LTD reserves the right to change pricing without notice and may apply different pricing for group bookings, even if the website has not been updated at the time of booking. Customers will be notified of any changes and will not be charged without prior notice.

If there are more players than the original booking, the difference must be paid at the time of participation.

Payment for the escape game(s) will be due in full at the time of participation. Price and payment details will be confirmed during the booking process prior to payment and on your booking confirmation. Your chosen payment method will be charged as indicated during the booking and payment process.

We accept payment in cash on our premises or by credit card by SumUp or on our website, through our secure booking service supplier Stripe.

Booking confirmations shall be sent to you automatically via email and contain our contact details and the following information. Your booking confirmation is also your ticket to the escape room and valid for up to the number of people shown on the booking confirmation.

Your booking confirmation email is also proof of payment and will gain you entrance to our premises. You need to present your booking confirmation email either as a print out, or on a mobile device to gain entry. Without the booking confirmation email you may be denied entry if you have no other proof of identity.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

WeEscape is not in a position to offer you a refund in the event of cancellation save in the case of a limited number of exceptions which include:

- errors made when booking* (e.g. accidentally booking the wrong time slot/date)

Please note that we can not refund in case of travel disruptions, misreading the date/time of a booking or team members dropping out, but we will do our best to help you reschedule when possible.

No refunds will be issued in the event of misunderstandings or misreading the time, date, or location of your booking. When booking, an initial confirmation email is sent out with a reminder 1 day prior, which contains all necessary information regarding your booking.

Each refund or reschedule request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, WeEscape LTD does have the right to decline the request, including but not limited to cases such as last-minute medical emergencies, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Official documentation will be required for medical emergencies and bereavements in order to be considered for rescheduling.

However, under exceptional circumstances, a reschedule may be offered at the discretion of WeEscape LTD if a request is made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

Rescheduling may be considered in cases of:

  • The loss of an immediate family member (bereavement)

  • Severe medical emergencies requiring hospitalizations (official documentation may be required)

  • Unforeseen severe weather conditions affecting travel

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds, except in extreme and verifiable emergencies. Requests made after a missed booking cannot be accommodated.

7.1 Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Irish Law

8. Liability

We accept no liability for consequential losses incurred as the result of the cancellation or premature cessation of a booking under any circumstances.

The absolute limit of direct liability relating to anyone booking shall be the full amount paid by the customer for that booking. You undertake to act carefully whilst within the experience and will not take unnecessary risks such as climbing on unsafe surfaces that are not designed for that purpose.

The game does not require such activities and customers are made aware of that by staff during the briefing. You are responsible for your own safety during the experience.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (including that of our employees, agents or subcontractors) or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

Such causes include, but are not limited to: acts and omissions of landlords, power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action by third parties, civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, subsidence, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of an unforeseeable ‘Act of God’ the company and its staff and managers are not liable for an impeded exit due to being voluntarily locked in a room.

You acknowledge that this might delay your exit from the building in the event of such a situation, but that there is an efficient emergency exit strategy and an exit button.
